I trained as a Mental Health Nurse many years ago, so I have a keen interest in mental and emotional wellbeing and how this impacts on all areas of a person’s life. I am strongly intuitive and am usually able to provide intuitive insights during coaching sessions. I also have mediumistic abilities, so I can often connect with Spirit to provide insights, where this is requested by a client. I am a Reiki Master and enjoy offering this type of healing. I have found the best outcomes for clients have been when they have asked for support with stress issues or chronic pain. I am happy to explore how these options can be combined effectively for any client.
