Archetype quiz that we have, uh, here in at Monica coaching academy to help you understand who you are, what you do, who you do it for, how you do it and why you do it as an intuitive healer in the world. And so what I’ve noticed, um, over the last, you know, many years of working with intuitive coaches, that there’s typically four ways.

Um, that intuitive coaches present in the world as they step up and really claim their purpose of being a healer. And so that is what this intuitive coach archetype, um, quiz and these episodes that I’m doing on the four archetypes is all about. So in episode 44, Or I introduce to you the concept of the intuitive coach archetypes.

I go over the intuitive coach archetype matrix, which really helps give you a like a high level understanding of all four of the archetypes, um, episode 45 is per second episode 46 is Athena. We are jumping into the meter on this one, and then we’re gonna cover who is such a badass on the next episode. So stay tuned for that.

It is so much fun to dive into how these archetypes really revolutionize your practice and really your comprehension of yourself and your.

Strengths and really the confidence that comes from understanding your uniqueness as an intuitive coach. So, like I said, in the last two episodes, when I was going over per second in Athena, we’re gonna cover five things in this episode today about Demeter to help you understand her in a more profound way.

So whether you’re a  as your primary archetype or she’s a secondary, or maybe you don’t resonate with this at all, as we move and grow into our profession as intuitive healers, Really the goal is to learn to embody all four of these as needed. So once you take the quiz, you’ll know your primary archetype, but then you’ll get access to all four through the emails, you’ll get access to all four of the archetype reports, all four of the Pinterest boards, et C.

So you can begin working with all of these energies. So the first thing we’re gonna take a look at is your Greek mythological backstory. I’ve. Put each of these archetypes through the lens of a Greek goddess to help you be able to conceptualize the energy that you bring into session with your clients.

We’re gonna look at your unique coaching style that comes from, you know, your embodiment of this archetype. We’re gonna talk about your intuitive strengths, both as an individual, but also as a coach and growth opportunities. And then talk a little bit about brand ideas. On how you can start incorporating this into your business.

So without further ado, let’s jump into diameter and you know, the jury’s out on whether we pronounce this demeanor or diameter, I go back and forth between the two. Can’t figure it out, tomato, tomato. We both all know that it’s the same thing. So let’s jump in. So Demeter, the great mother earth is the ruler of nature.

Cycles and seasons. She is the guardian of the young and the defenseless and Greek myth. Demeter was responsible for ripening, grain and growing all living things. She sets the cadence of the Earth’s cycles, seasons and harvests. She taught mankind how to sew for future success and how to properly give thanks when they reaped their.

She is a matriarchal goddess who needs no spiritual validation from Zeus king of the gods to bestow approval upon her power in this manner, Demeter is a self sustaining figure. In loving and validating herself, she is able to love and validate the entire world de reflects the human need for mothering and connection beyond ourselves.

She concretely connects us with the material world and she helps us recognize our bodies as something sacred and divine in their own, right. Something incredibly sacred and spiritual. She draws our attention to the simple daily sensual pleasures of what it is to just be a human in a physical body down here in this three dimensional reality, she values human emotion and experience by virtue of the fact that you exist, de will offer you the feeling of being safe and valued and loved and respected and nurtured.

Just for existing. Through Demeter, all things are manifested into the physical world. Right? Makes sense. Because she’s the queen of the physical world and it is her power and spirit within each of us that allows things to come into existence through us. Be it an idea, a project, a new relationship or a business.

She is the creative force of life itself in all of its varying forms. So without her mankind would basically be trapped in a disconnected world of steel, like intellect with no real way to ground down, you know, sort of the higher order principles, the spiritual principles. She is really the one who helps us ground that into our everyday life so that we can truly embody, you know, all of those other Princip.

So Demeter is very, very, very important. And I think in many ways she is under, well, hello, she’s the great mother. Right? So, you know, I was gonna say she’s often underappreciated and it just makes me laugh because, you know, as women and mothers, you know, that’s kind of like, eh, par for the cores, you know, I don’t think that we get.

The appreciation or the accolades, maybe that we should get down here in this material plane. So I really love her archetype so much. I think that she is, if we were really to center ourselves and be honest with where we are as human beings, we would say that we all need to learn to embody ter a little more in our lives.

I will like say vulnerable moment. This is the archetype. I embody the least, you know, I have a hard time with nurturing myself. If you listen to the previous episode, I, uh, went on record as admitting that I am an Athena and in many ways, a. Athena is the juxtaposition of Demeter. They’re kind of polar opposites in a lot of ways.

And I have a hard time with this. I have a hard time with slowing down and, you know, being happy with the simple things and taking care of myself. And I think a lot of us do. And so the world would be a much better place if we had S in control and running. So let’s talk about your unique coaching style now as a ter.

So this is what you kind of naturally bring to the table as a coach, more than any coaching style, you have the ability to help others heal every aspect of themselves through embracing self love. And self-acceptance, you are warm, a good natured person who is very comfortable in her own skin. You embrace your birthright of abundance, beauty, and creativity, and give others permission to do so as well.

I’ve talked to a lot of people who are S and when I say, yeah, you know, you understand that your birthright is abundance and beauty and creativity, and they’re like, oh no, I’m. Man. I really struggled with that, a whole abundance thing. And I always say to them that is a sign because what we struggle with the most is also what, after we work through that, what we perceive to be a weakness will be your greatest strength.

So if you’re a ter and you’re like, oh, that doesn’t resonate. What I would say is actually you’re just on the path to becoming a person who can really call in a boatload of abundance. Okay. So just because you’re not resonating with that right now, if you are a ter, please understand that it is a strength that you do have, and if you start to work on your abundance, Capabilities you’ll see that it will come to you quite naturally.

So you have a quiet and subtle way of helping others navigate out of dysfunctional situations that no longer serve them. Your gentle touch commands, willing acquiescence of problems, concerns, and worries that weigh down the hearts of your clients. You know how to hold space in a way that empowers others, but still lets them feel vulnerable at the same time.

And what makes this archetype unique is that you effortlessly connect the realms of imagination with the physical world, not through masculine effort, not through hard work. but through grace and ease and just the divine flow of time, ter manifest through like, Hey, everything’s gonna be okay. You’re very in flow.

They really harness the power of the universe to manifest you do the least efforting Athenas are great manifests as well, but they effort their way into it. Governors don’t they just, you know, that you are creating with universal flow at your back. So you help your clients do this as. You help your clients learn that as they learn how to care for themselves, as they learn to love themselves, as they learn to care for themselves, they will then through that space, be able to accomplish the goals that they want for their lives.

So really, really, really powerful stuff. You have a very skillful way of helping other people see their intrinsic value, seeing their uniqueness and through your example, they learn that they are worthy of love. How beautiful is that? And you are at your best when you are allowed to feel grounded. When you are well nourished when you’re eating food that resonates with your body, when you are allowing your intuition to guide you S get out of whack real quick.

If they’re asked to sit in that masculine energy, it’s just not your jam. You were born to hold that beautiful, feminine, a very powerful way. And you know how to honor your body and embrace the finer things in life. Man, like when a Demeter is really in her strength, she’s like, I welcome luxury. Right? You guys know how to handle.

Because that’s your essential nature, right? So some of your intuitive strengths, so you are compassionate, you are loving and life giving. You’re connected to the physical world, to the sensual body in all the best kind of ways you embrace luxury, you heal and you honor the body and you really do understand that life comes in cycles, ebbs and flows, ebbs, and flows.

You really have a way of embracing that in a way that brings a lot of calmness. Like an anxiety killer, right? Because you’re really good with understanding the cyclical nature of life. And you are a fierce protector of the defenseless. Nothing gets a demeanor, flipping tables faster than watching a child, an animal, someone that can’t defend itself being hurt or exploited, man.

You’re like, it’s the come at me, bro. Moment. When you see that happening, your growth opportunities are to learn how to create and maintain your emotional boundaries. because you can feel so completely on all levels. I mean, man, are you feely? You have a huge heart and you may tend to put other people’s needs above your.

so you need to learn really, you know, the strong emotional boundaries don’t take on too much. Okay. Do not prioritize other people’s boundaries or other people’s needs above your own. That’s a growth opportunity for you. You know, if you’ll notice that you’re doing that, if you’re becoming, you know, resentful, frustrated, drained, if you feel like you’re becoming too distant or too clingy to someone in your.

Also watching people, quote, sit in their pain might be a struggle for you, right? Because you’ve got that big mama energy. You wanna make it better. You’re a nurturer. So developing discernment around how and when to help and when not to will be really, really key for you as you move forward in your practice.

So from a branding perspective, Fun. The Pinterest board on this one is so cute, but just think like really warm in terms of colors, think really warm tones like golds and greens, anything that just feels communal, you know, community oriented people oriented, friendly. The feeling of being with, right? Like in terms of developing your website, I just kind of have like pictures in my mind of, you know, people sitting together feeling connected, you know, you really showing that that is you holding the space and that you have the ability to really help people.

Feel connected, not only to themselves, but to others. So, you know, using nurturing copy self-love self-acceptance all of those warm indicators are really gonna help you have a congruent brand with who you are as a person.
